26-28 June, Sacred Breath/Holotropic breathwork
Holotropic Breathwork can bring you in altered states of consciousness where you can heal old trauma and receive insights only by using your own breath! By breathing faster and deeper you can enter the inner wisdom of your body and you will be able to release old pains, traumas and blockages. So you can feel open and free again from inside. Not needing to suppress emotions, movement and sound your body wants to make. Our body stores a lot of memories and by entering this state you'll be able to release whatever wants to be released in that moment.
Some reactions of participants: flabbergasted, calm and relaxed, heavenly, love and light, feeling open again, reliefed, speechless.
