Breathwork Bliss, Cocoa and Kundalini Touch
A special day facilitated by Lars & Tanja Faber. A day of receiving and being in the present.
Lars Faber takes you on an energetic breath journey, that can take you to a bliss state. It can give you a blissful feeling and make you feel deeper connected to yourself. A wonderful way to start the day. He then takes you on a relaxed journey with his handpan.
After the lunch break the program is led by Tanja Faber. First a cacao ceremony, which opens your heart more, it boosts your health, and stimulates your creativity. From there we dive into the Kundalini Touch activation.
Kundalini Touch is an energetic activation and transmission. Your kundalini energy is activated and connects your earthly roots with the cosmos, by
coming together in your heart. You only have to receive (you lie on a mat), you relax and let the energy flow as it wants at that moment. You are in the
moment and open yourself to receive. It is possible that your body will make all kinds of movements, that sounds will be released or that you will end up in an altered state of consciousness. This is the path of surrender, it gives the opportunity for healing, a deeper connection with your soul and mission in life. Connecting to the life in you at that moment. The music will support you in your voyage.
