Provision to third parties

We can provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

Guiding the ceremonies. Only the attendants who are present at a certain ceremony receive information from the participants in advance (name, age, experience and motivation only). They will remove this information as soon as possible after the ceremony.
Taking care of parts of the financial administration. Our trust office has insight into our financial data, such as bank statements.
Maintaining and where necessary expanding / repairing our website. The web developer has access to all information stored in the database.

We make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police may request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information.
